not much excitement here.

There isn't much to share at the moment. There are HUGE machines working behind our house and the boys are having a great time climbing up into the cubby to watch them over the fence (if only the drivers would wave back to them, they dont realise how much that simple little thing would mean to two little boys). I have tried to get some photos but they are hard to catch when they are close.

Lion made up his own rap song the other day. It went like this...

We are God's favourite machines
We are God's favourite machines
We are God's favourite machines
We are God's favourite machines
We are God's favourite machines

well you get the picture. I was so very cute and it didn't even get annoying, I was wondering how long I would last listening to it over and over and over but he varied his pitch and speed a bit and it made it interesting.
one final gripe... I had 4 litres of milk confiscated from me at Coles this morning! To keep the house humming (or perhaps it should be "to stop the house from humming") we drink Goats milk. It's often hard to get, and it's not cheap! I found 4 liters left on the shelf at coles this morning and grabbed a couple and realised that the best before day was today! So I grabbed it all and took it to the service desk to see if they would mark it down (it's still good for another week after it's date, it's great stuff) They usually mark it down to $1 so that would have been 4L for less than the price of 1L. Nope, they took it off me. They cant sell it on the day it expires and they didnt even have any out the back because they have got all their cold deliveries held until they can repair the massive section of fridges that have shut down which is apparently why the milk was still on the shelf becasue they were doing a stock take of all the food that had spoiled in the broken fridges so they hadnt checked the food that was in the working fridges. And to make it worse, we couldnt buy more yow-yow or cheese becuase they were in the broken section, that didnt go down well with the darlings in the trolley. Oh the dramas!!!!

I'd love to hear from you, even if it's just to say "Hi, I stopped by for a read today"
